EffectivePM was founded in 2014. It is a privately held company located in Galway, Ireland.
Mission
Our mission is to help our customers to successfully plan, execute and deploy their projects. By success we mean that projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with the agreed quality standards.
Approach
We will work with you to identify your project management needs. We will provide you with support to help you manage your project from start to finish, or to manage just a specific phase of the project such as the planning phase. To cater for the needs of our customers, we offer three services:

Project Management Support Services
We work on a ‘deliverables’ basis, meaning we will identify the work we need to perform for you and the form of the actual output (result) to deliver to you. With your agreement, we will make you an offer for each set of deliverables, detailing the cost and timelines.

Project Management Training
Our Project Management Courses have been running since 2006 and are fully aligned with PMI’s (Project Management Institute) standard PMBoK methodology. Our courses were attended by over 600 participants in several countries of Europe and the Middle-East, and, over eight years of operation, we have achieved an average satisfaction rate of 92%. Our trainers are certified Project Management Professionals (PMP) and have on average 20 years of corporate experience managing large scale, multi-cultural projects (see what course participants are saying).
Project Management Coaching
As a new or experienced project manager, there are often project situations that can make you feel overwhelmed. You may just not have the time, skills or someone to turn to for help. In such cases, EffectivePM can bring you new perspectives and provide you with the resources you need to face immediate project challenges. This can be in the form of a simple thirty-minute phone conversation or a custom designed on-going coaching plan.
